Creating a built-up letter involves the design of the letters and logo to be finalised by our designers, we then use the file to produce the faces from our in-house routers and laser cutters.
The returns are cut to the desired depth & fitted to precisely match the face of the letter/logo by our highly skilled letter makers. Built up letters are available in a variety of materials:
- Stainless Steel – Brushed & Mirror finish (304 & 316 grade available)
- Perspex – A variety of colours and finishes available
- Aluminium – Non perishable and cost effective, normally stove enamelled
- Brass, Bronze and Copper – Premium letters
Letters are available in a variety of face finishes:
- Flat Face – Solid face
- Open Face –Letter in reverse mainly for neon lettering
- Rim and Return – Face rim with an acrylic fitted face for face illumination
- Bevelled – Inverted or Overted bevelled stainless steel letters
Built-up letters are increasingly popular to give a professional look and feel, particularly popular in the retail and leisure industries.
